Winston has been an owner/operator in the real estate industry since 1999, and is experienced in all stages of acquisition, financing, development, asset management, and disposition. A long time investor, Winston has been involved in projects in Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver, B.C. Previously he was head of Legal Operations at T-Mobile for 14 years where he developed extensive operations, leadership, and project management experience, and implemented complex systems that have processed over $1.5 billion dollars of spend.

Winston is passionate about creating value for investors and places a premium on building long term relationships. He has a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia.
