We focus on improving our communities by ensuring each of our projects fits architecturally within the neighborhood – taking cues from the immediate surrounding area as well as the geographic history.
We highlight local, small businesses in the retail spaces that fit seamlessly within the fabric of the neighborhood. We seek to create a tangible sense of community by integrating distinct, stunning amenity spaces in all our buildings.
Our portfolio of projects center primarily in the urban core of both Seattle and Portland. We have over a dozen projects in flight at various stages of development, all with a common core theme: building vibrant, smart communities people feel proud to call home.
